Malinda is commonly used as a substitute for Liporase, offering the same hyaluronidase function for HA filler adjustment and dissolution.

Malinda Injection is a hyaluronidase-based injectable developed to safely and effectively dissolve hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, improve the absorption and dispersion of other injectable solutions, and support fluid dynamics in tissue. 

Primary Uses & Benefits
1. Filler Adjustment & Dissolution - to correct or reverse hyaluronic acid filler results. Malinda helps dissolve the HA filler safely, allowing the body to absorb it more efficiently.

How It Works
Malinda Injection breaks down hyaluronic acid molecules, whether they come from dermal fillers or naturally in the skin. Once broken down, the HA is absorbed by the body, reducing volume or helping injections spread more evenly.
Malinda only works on hyaluronic acid–based fillers. It does not dissolve other types of fillers.

1. Patient Assessment
•    The patient’s condition, aesthetic goals, and type/amount of filler present are evaluated.

2. Preparation
•    The treatment site is cleansed and prepared using standard antiseptic protocols.
•    A small test dose or patch test may be performed in patients with known sensitivity to injectable proteins.
3. Injection Technique
•    A fine needle or cannula is used to deliver Malinda directly into or near the area where HA filler is present.
•    Volumes and placement strategy depend on the amount and depth of filler to be dissolved.
4. Post-Injection Care
•    Results may begin to appear within a few hours to days, depending on the volume of filler and patient metabolism.
•    Mild swelling or redness can occur and typically resolves within a short period.
5. Follow-Up
•    In some cases, additional sessions may be scheduled to achieve the desired level of filler dissolution or distribution adjustment.
