This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how the Buyer’s Personal Information is collected, used, and shared when the Buyer visits the Website.

  1. Definitions

    1. Website: The service of order and delivery, which provides the Buyer with the opportunity to place an Order for Goods and Delivery under the conditions provided in the Offer.

    2. Goods: The products and services, the sale and delivery of which for the Buyer is carried out by the Seller by placing the Order on the Website by the Buyer.

      3. Payment Details: The Buyer’s payment details can be collected in connection with an Order.

      4. Call and/or email records: If the Buyer calls or sends email to the Seller’s customer service, the Seller may keep records of those conversations.

      5. Shopping History: The Seller keeps track of the Buyer’s shopping history, including the Goods the Buyer purchases or adds to his/her shopping cart.

      6. Website Interactions: Information about the Buyer’s interactions with the Website including pages visited, links clicked, and buttons clicked may be collected. This information could include Personal Information, depending on what information the Buyer provides.

      7. Submitted Content: The Seller collects any content the Buyer submits to the Website, social media pages, or to the Seller including photos, videos, or reviews.

  3. How the Buyer’s information is collected

    1. The Seller may collect the information described above directly from the Buyer, from third parties the Seller partner with, or through cookies or other automated means. These sources may include:

      1.       5. Cookies: : The Seller uses cookies (small files stored on the Buyer’s device or browser), web beacons, log files, and other similar technologies to automatically collect information when the Buyer visits the Website.

  4. How the Seller uses the Buyer’s information

    1. The Seller may use the information the Seller collects for the following business purposes:

      1. Advertising: Presenting advertising online or other communication channels, including through partnerships with social media platforms and internet search engines.

      2. Fulfillment: Fulfilling the Buyer’s Orders and other requests, including processing payments and Delivering Goods.

      3. Communications: Communicating with the Buyer, including responding to the Buyer’s requests and asking for feedback through surveys or reviews.

      4. Understanding the Buyer: Analyzing the Buyer’s activity with the Seller (including interactions with the Website, social media pages, or other forms of communications, analyzing trends and statistics). The Seller keeps track of the pages the Buyer visits and the manner in which the Buyer uses the Website to determine whether to make changes to the Website.

      5. Buyer Experience: Serving content on the Website and social media pages and developing the Seller’s Goods and services, including improving the functionality of the Website.

      6. Security: : Protecting the Seller and its customers from fraud, security threats, and other illegal or harmful activity. The Seller and its third-party service providers may disclose specific individual information if the Seller or third-party service providers reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  6. Buyer’s Privacy Choices

    1. Children the Seller does not knowingly or purposefully request or collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 18 years old.     2. The Seller is required to provide the Buyer with access to his/her Personal Information or delete his/her Personal Information only in response to a verifiable consumer request. The Seller will compare the information the Buyer provides in his/her email or via the toll-free number, to any information the Seller may have in its possession in order to verify his/her request. The Seller may also contact the Buyer to request additional information in relation to his/her request. The information the Buyer provides must match the information the Seller has in its possession. This measure is in place to help ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who does not have the right to receive it. The information collected through this process will be used for verification purposes only.

    3. The Buyer should note that he/she may authorize an agent to exercise any of these rights on his/her behalf. If the Buyer uses an agent, the Seller will take measures to verify his/her agent’s authorization similar to the verification described above for fulfilling any access or deletion requests. The Seller may require more information to ensure proper verification of the Buyer’s agent’s identity and authorization.

  13. Categories of Personal Information Sold

    1. The Seller does not believe that the Seller sells Personal Information. Until such time as the Seller changes its practices and update the Policy, the Seller will treat Personal Information collected under the Policy as subject to a "do not sell" request.

    2. Both the Buyer and the Seller acknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed and neither the Buyer nor the Seller has the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other.

    1. The Seller shares Personal Information about the Buyer with service providers and third parties for business purposes, such as operational purposes and other purposes related to providing the Buyer with the Goods and Services, he/she seeks from the Seller. For more information about the business purposes for which the Seller discloses Personal Information, the Buyer should see "How the Seller shares information with the third parties and for what purposes" above, and "Collected information" above, for what types of information may be shared.

  15. Responsibilities of the Buyer

    1. The Buyer has obligations to protect his/her own Personal Information, and the Seller is in no event responsible for any issues or problems arising out of the leak of Personal Information caused by the Buyer’s own negligence (such as, transfer, lending or loss of his/her ID, password, access medium, etc., leaving a computer without logging out, and the like), inherent problems in Internet (such as, vulnerability of browsers, hacking by use of such technology or method as cannot be prevented by security measures compliant with applicable laws and regulations) and the like, in each case, so long as it is not attributable to the Buyer.

    2. The Buyer should keep his/her Personal Information up-to-date and is solely responsible for any accidents arising out of his/her provision of inaccurate information.

    3. If the Buyer misappropriates another’s Personal Information, when signing up for a membership or placing an Order for Goods or Delivery, the Buyer may lose his/her membership and be subject to criminal sanctions.

    4. The Buyer is responsible for keeping his/her ID, password etc. securely protected. The Buyer should not assign or lend any of them to a third party. The Buyer has obligations to cooperate with the Buyer’s request to change his/her passwords regularly for security purposes pursuant to the Policy.

    5. After using the Website, the Byer should log out from his/her account and close the web browser.

    6. The Buyer must comply with all laws and regulations concerning Personal Information.
