Liporase is a professional-use injectable enzyme solution containing Hyaluronidase, designed to dissolve unwanted hyaluronic acid (HA)-based dermal fillers safely and effectively.
It works by breaking down excess or misplaced HA filler in the skin, allowing it to be naturally absorbed by the body.

Liporase is widely used by aesthetic professionals for correction treatments, filler revisions, and enhancing tissue permeability during cosmetic or medical procedures.

Key Benefits

  • Filler Dissolution: Effectively removes excess or incorrectly placed HA fillers.

  • Precision Correction: Smooths asymmetry, overfilling, or lumps caused by dermal filler injections.

  • Fast-Acting Results: Noticeable reduction within 24–48 hours after treatment.

  • Safe and Biocompatible: Works only on synthetic HA without damaging the body’s natural hyaluronic acid.

  • Versatile Use: Can also assist with fat-dissolving procedures by improving solution dispersion.

Indications

  • Correction of unsatisfactory HA filler results (overfilling, lumps, migration, or vascular occlusion).

  • Improving skin texture and evenness after HA-based filler treatments.

  • Enhancing absorption and dispersion of subcutaneous injection solutions.

Preparation and Dilution

Liporase powder should be reconstituted with sterile saline before injection.
A commonly used professional dilution ratio is:
➡️ 1 vial (1,500 IU) + 3 mL sterile saline (depending on practitioner preference and area treated).

The exact dose and injection depth vary depending on the type and amount of filler to be dissolved.

⚠️ Important: Liporase should only be administered by a licensed and trained medical professional. Incorrect injection technique may lead to over-dissolving or uneven skin texture.

Application Method

  1. Reconstitute Liporase powder with sterile saline.

  2. Inject gently into the target area (intradermally, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly, depending on purpose).

  3. Massage treated area lightly to promote even dispersion.

  4. Observe for 24–48 hours; repeat if necessary after one week.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F).

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

  • Do not freeze.

  • Use immediately after reconstitution.

Precautions

  • Perform an allergy test before full use.

  • Do not use in patients allergic to bovine proteins or hyaluronidase.

Possible Side Effects

  • Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site.

  • Mild tenderness or itching.

  • Rare allergic reactions may occur — discontinue use and seek medical attention if necessary.
