As a first-time customer, my experience with Acecosm has been mixed. I ordered several items in one shipment. While two of the products (Saline 20 ml and HandHeal Exocosm) arrived in perfect condition and as described, one major item — Nabota 200 units — was delivered with a completely empty vial. This was extremely disappointing, especially for such a high-priced product. In addition, the shipping process was frustrating. I didn't receive a tracking number until I requested it. Then, UPS claimed the recipient's address was missing, even though I had entered all required information during checkout. The package actually had my full address on it, so the delay remains unexplained. My order arrived more than two weeks later, far from the fast delivery Acecosm advertises. I hope customer service resolves the product issue quickly. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant but open to trying Acecosm again if quality control and logistics improve.
