My last order with Acecosm was on July 22 2024 the shipping was fast like always. Every time I order Botox I immediately put it in the fridge and I wait for a month or so, this way is already there to be used. But this time you sent a bottle of Botox (I purchased Innotox 50U ) and today I was ready to do the treatment on my face. I opened the white box it was well packed but when I opened the little box that contain the bottle of Botox I immediately noticed that there was water in the bottle it supposed to look like empty. I’m really upset. I didn’t take the precautions of taking a video, this are just pictures that I took. I never had an Issue with Acecosm and I’ve been ordering products for a few years. I hope one of the representatives of this company get in touch with me. I hope we can work it out.
