I purchased 7 bags total of acescoms threads and they are GARBAGE. I’ve used Neogensis before without any issues. These threads do not insert easily, they bend, and are DULL. VERY DULL. When I brought this matter to Acescom I was completely ignored. Not a good look. I do not recommend using Acescom for their threads, this is their brand. I follow a “beauty guru”, and she insists on these. Don’t listen to her, THEY are GARBAGE. Lots of money down the drain on this thread that is terrible.
