The Canada Customs withheld 2 products but I just figured out after went to FEDEX to inform them about 2 missing products. I don't speak English very well and I don't read also. So, when I opened my package 3 days ago and checked the missing products I contacted the Costumer Service Ester and I told about the Customs withheld my products, but she wrote a email and said "not" they didnt it. But I checked it with FEDEX customer service and checked with the Canada Board Customs. After she said the The deadline for complaints was 30 days. But I translate de Acecosm policy and about my problem the policy 8.5 deter didn't say any deadline. Item 8.5 says that products held in customs must be sent back to the customer by Acecosm, and at no point does the policy mention a deadline for this.
