I have ordered 17 times from Ace. All sorts of products, but never have I ever had to wait over a week and a half for my order to be delivered. To make matters worse, it sat in a hub on a hot shipping dock, making my Sazenda hot. This is an RX which needs to be refrigerated at all times except while use once per day. I have been waiting to hear back from Ace since the day after I received it. I have tried using it for 4 days, and also on higher strengths, but it's not curbing my appetite, or doing anything it is supposed to do. I do understand this is a slow acting RX, but it IS supposed to curb your appetite, and eating cravings which it is not doing.
