I was shortened product and didn’t get a response from customer service about my concern

Every vial in my package was .3 ml short, which came out to a total of 1.5 ml missing, and that’s a lot for how much I paid. I contacted the company, but haven’t received an answer back. I wanted to order serval more boxes, but afraid of them missing product as well, so I may go with a different company instead to see if I have the same issue if I don’t hear back from this company soon.
