DO NOT order from this company! They have no compassion for their customers or your money. My shipment was delivered without the saline solution. I emailed them asking if they could send me saline since it was not delivered with my order. They told me that i can reorder the saline and they would give me a $3.00 credit, WOW! So now you want me to spend $30 in shipping for some saline? They would not ship it to me even though it was their mistake. Luckily I had a friend that had saline so I was able to reconstruct the Botulax. Once I started to administer the product it burned and stung SOOO bad. Never have I felt pain like that before, and I have been doing Botox for years. Also, after 7 days I still have NO RESULTS! My forehead is not frozen at all! It doesn’t even look like I used the product. My face went through an inferno for no reason. Pain, and NO results. I reached out to CS and asked if it was supposed to burn and I got a BS response. They told me nothing was wrong with the product. Not a sorry, not a maybe you got a bad batch, not a we will send you another vial. NOTHING!!! They stole my money and don’t care about helping me fix the problem. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first pic is day 7. The 2nd is day 1
