Wrong order

So I ordered 3 bottles of b-esta filler but instead I got liprorase and lidocaine which I did not order. I have emailed them twice about their mistake and their first response was that they are going to have the warehouse look into it I emailed them 24 hours after that asking for an update and basically they just said thar they have no timeline as to when I would get the correct products or a refund that I just have to wait. So now I am out of $500 and the products. Sad because I was really liking this company. If they do not fix this soon I will never be buying from them again and will have to file a claim with my card company. Just beware guys they aren't to quick to own up to their own mistakes.
