I ordered my first diy products from this site. I started with a small order to test delivery and customer service. This company delivered above and beyond anything I could have asked for. The prices compared to other sites is right and I have found every product I have searched for. My order was shipped within 24 hours and I had a confirmation number right away. I had a little concern about delivery as FedEx sent a message saying they were unable to deliver due to no adult present at address. This was no fault of Acecosm, I found out later FedEx just didn’t make it to my house that day (I live in a very rural area). Due to this I reached out to the company and they responded within hours! They checked in to the status of my delivery and got back to me immediately, as well as followed up with me to assure my receipt of the package. I order almost everything I use in my home from various websites and I can honestly say this is probably the best customer service of all the companies. They shipped from the furthest away and I received my package sooner than the others! When my package arrived it was well protected and even came with complementary skin care items!
