Shipement and packaging always perfect. Delivery very quickly and customer service very reactive and try to find a solution (for exemple i want to complete my order that i already paid, a sunday night (korean time) and they help me to complete my order! The first time, i 'm a little bit affraid of transferwise because i never used this payement solution but it's easy and really trusted solution. When i ordered in an other seller i always paid tax with dhl but with ACECOSM and UPS never paid tax for Paris/France.
